Stand up Paddle Boarding aka SUP or Paddleboarding is one of the world’s fastest growing recreational water sports.
After learning to paddleboard while living on the island of Maui, I thought what a great idea to bring this Hawaiian tradition to Florida. Maui B's was the first fully dedicated paddleboard business to ever open in Central Florida back in 2007. We are proud and feel very honored to have been instrumental in creating the SUP revolution in Orlando, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach and Cocoa Beach. Since we have taught thousands of people the art of SUP.
Maui B's Paddleboard Fitness, Yoga, Lessons and Tours takes stand up paddleboarding beyond just riding the waves, it's an ideal sport to learn on flat bodies of water and incorporates a fun workout with the sensation of walking on water.
Utilizing a stand up paddleboard and paddle, Paddleboarding will show you the benefits of building strength through balance and resistance, as well as how stand up paddling burns calories.
A total core and cardiovascular workout, either paddleboarding on a lake for a flat water workout or on the ocean riding waves in the surf, stand up paddling works your entire body and mind.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is great! It's a total body workout that works everything from little to big muscles in your body, while also building your sense of balance and coordination. Very easy for any beginner to jump on and learn in no time! It is a great sport for people of all ages, kids and adults, and with it's ease to learn- it's no wonder it is so popular in Hawaii and the West Coast
