An excellent way to combine the serenity of yoga and water in one practice. As soon as your paddle hits the water, you will begin to improve your balance and utilize your core in a unique way while enjoying the water under your feet, a warm breeze and the sunrise and sunset over Lake Ivanhoe, We will teach you traditional yoga poses on a stand up paddle board to improve your strength and stretch. Wear water friendly clothing bring a towel and water. We will provide the board and paddle.
Maui B's has no minimum class size. We keep our classes limited to five students to provide personal attention. Class cost is $25. Daily classes at 8 am & 4 pm seven days a week. Confirm your spot by calling 1-800-671-9905
